Elan Civil Engineering is a groundwork and civil engineering contractor based in Colchester, Essex.
In 2015, Mark Hughes established Elan Civil Engineering and in March 2016, Glen Butcher was appointed to run the company. Glen had previously spent over a decade working for a large groundwork and civil engineering contractor. For the majority of those years, Glen held the position of Commercial Director.
